Job summary

RoShay Services seeks a Manager to join our valuation team in New York. You will provide expert guidance on business and intangible asset valuations across mergers, acquisitions, financial reporting, and tax compliance.

You will manage and deliver valuations, oversee scope, quality control, and risk; develop client relationships; supervise staff and mentor junior colleagues; and support business development while upholding rigorous financial analysis and modeling standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant financial advisory and valuation experience with strong finance or accounting background.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business; professional valuation credentials such as ABV preferred or obtainable within one year.
• Extensive experience with valuations of business entities and intangible assets, purchase price allocations, impairment testing, and financial analysis.
