• MBA or BA/BS in Economics/Finance with 15+ years of relevant work experience; CFA designation required.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders across investment and corporate functions; advanced ALM knowledge.

• Lead strategic asset allocation development and governance across legal entities.
• Oversee portfolio strategy development and ALM optimization to improve capital efficiency.
• Collaborate with Investments and other departments; communicate progress to senior leadership.
