Spotlight Partners seeks an executive leader to own investment-grade business cases for SAP transformations, driving value from the first client conversation through post-implementation benefits realization.

You will architect value, model financial impact, and defend recommendations to CFOs, boards, and sponsors, while leading pursuits and managing client relationships at the Managing Director level.

Qualifications

• 15+ years preferred across consulting value engineering, FP&A, controllership, and SAP leadership.
• Track record of business cases funded on $5M–$100M+ programs.
• Value architecture experience tying tech scope to financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the business case end to end from first client convo to post go-live benefits tracking.
• Architect value with driver trees linking business capabilities to financial impact.
• Lead pursuits, shape proposals, and manage client relationships at MD/Director level.
