Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive restructuring, turnaround, insolvency, or bankruptcy advisory experience.
• Demonstrated experience with informal restructuring, nonjudicial workouts, wind-downs, ABCs, or out-of-court processes.
• Strong financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, liquidity analysis, and financial acumen.
• Proven ability to communicate credibly with boards, C-level executives, sponsors, creditors, and other senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive engagements and respond outside standard hours.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach with clients and colleagues.
• Evidence of developing client relationships; existing network and origination experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead nonjudicial wind-downs, ABCs, liquidating trusts, and bankruptcy matters from engagement to asset liquidation and distribution.
• Prepare and oversee 13-week and 26-week cash flow projections and liquidity analyses.
• Advise sponsors, boards, and executives on strategic, operational, and financial decisions during wind-down.
• Manage asset sales, distributions, and stakeholder communications; navigate complex issues outside court supervision.
• Lead multiple engagements and coordinate resources with urgency and sound judgment.
• Develop client relationships and collaborate across EisnerAmper service lines to expand market presence.
• Mentor team members and contribute to growth of Sherwood Partners' ABC and restructuring practice.
