Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks a Bankruptcy and Restructuring Services Partner to source and lead complex advisory engagements for distressed companies and creditors. The role offers the chance to influence practice leadership and contribute to strategic outcomes within a collaborative, growth‑oriented firm.

You will manage cross‑functional teams, build client relationships, and contribute to EisnerAmper's expanding restructurings practice across national markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in restructuring, turnaround, or insolvency advisory
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Proven record leading complex engagements involving distressed companies, creditor committees, or fiduciary roles
• Advanced knowledge of bankruptcy and insolvency process
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships and originate new business
• Experience in building and managing high performing teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and source all aspects of the restructuring process for distressed companies and creditor groups
• Manage cross-functional teams delivering financial analysis, operational restructuring, and valuation support
• Represent clients in fiduciary roles as financial advisor, plan administrator, or trustee
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
• Collaborate with firm leadership to shape practice strategy and go-to-market initiatives
• Represent the firm as a thought leader through industry involvement and published content
• Mentor and develop team members and promote a culture of excellence
• Occasionally work extended hours or travel to different offices or client locations
