Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Bankruptcy and Restructuring Services Partner to source and lead complex advisory engagements for distressed companies and creditors. The role includes practice leadership opportunities, talent development, and high-impact client service.

The candidate will drive strategic outcomes, manage cross-functional teams, and expand EisnerAmper's presence in the restructuring market while maintaining a results-driven, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in restructuring, turnaround, or insolvency advisory.
• Strong track record leading complex engagements involving distressed companies and creditor committees.
• Advanced knowledge of bankruptcy and insolvency processes.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and originate new business.
• Experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise on all aspects of the restructuring process for distressed companies and creditor groups.
• Manage cross-functional teams delivering financial analysis, operational restructuring, forensic investigations, and valuation support.
• Represent clients in fiduciary roles as financial advisor, plan administrator, or trustee.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to shape practice strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and service offerings.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
• May be required to work extended hours or travel to other offices or client locations.
