Job summary

EisnerAmper LLP's Sherwood Partners division seeks a Managing Director to lead assignments for ABCs, wind-downs, and related bankruptcy matters, from engagement through final distributions. You will work with venture sponsors, PE sponsors, boards, and C-level executives.

This role requires strong financial modeling, cash-flow forecasting, and the ability to manage multiple engagements with urgency and professional judgment. The firm emphasizes growth, collaboration, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive restructuring, turnaround, insolvency, or bankruptcy advisory experience.
• Strong financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, liquidity analysis, and financial acumen.
• Proven ability to communicate credibly with boards, C-level executives, sponsors, creditors, and other senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage several time-sensitive engagements simultaneously and respond to client needs outside standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead nonjudicial wind-downs, ABCs, liquidating trusts, and selected bankruptcy matters.
• Prepare and oversee 13-week and 26-week cash flow projections, liquidity analyses, financial models, and other decision-support materials.
• Advise venture capital and private equity sponsors, investment committees, company boards, and C-level executives on strategic decisions.
• Manage asset sales and liquidations, creditor and equity-holder distributions, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop client relationships and collaborate across EisnerAmper service lines to expand matters.
