Howden Re North America is seeking a Producer (Managing Director) to lead US Property facultative reinsurance opportunities across North America. You will develop strategies, place risks with domestic and international reinsurers, and mentor junior brokers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a business-related position.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong time management and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new production opportunities and solutions for new and existing clients across North America.
• Lead the placement of US Property facultative reinsurance risks with domestic and international reinsurers.
• Develop renewal and placement strategies that meet client objectives.
• Support, mentor and develop junior broking colleagues.
• Establish renewal strategy and execution plans.
• Work in tandem with all Howden Re resources to deliver effective client service.
