The Opportunity
The Managing Director of Primary Curriculum and Instruction will co-create and execute the vision for primary curriculum and instruction, focusing on foundational literacy across our schools. This role involves decision-making authority on daily academic vision and ensuring alignment with KTX’s mission and goals.
Key responsibilities include collaborating across departments to ensure consistent practices, improving the skills of middle and high school leaders, and overseeing curriculum development, assessment, and professional learning initiatives.

Qualifications
