CIBC US is seeking a Managing Director in the U.S. Middle Market Investment Banking group.

You will originate and execute M&A and financing engagements, deepening senior client and sponsor relationships, and shaping vertical market strategy across Business Services, Consumer, Healthcare, and Software and Technology sectors. Collaborating with Capital Markets and CIBC Bank USA, you will translate market insight into differentiated advice, secure new mandates, and build high-performing deal teams.

Qualificações

• Senior investment banking experience with leadership at Managing Director level.
• Strong middle-market M&A expertise and deal execution knowledge.
• Established sector credibility in one or more target markets.

Responsabilidades

• Originate and execute M&A and financing engagements.
• Lead vertical market strategy and client coverage.
• Oversee transaction execution from pitch to closing, including AML clearance and financial modeling.
