You will expand relationships with sponsors, entrepreneurs, and companies, while leading deal teams and cross‑functional collaboration. The role requires a senior banker with a proven track record, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to governance and client service.

Qualifications

• Senior investment banking experience with leadership responsibilities.
• At least 10 years' experience in origination, execution, and client coverage.
• Deep knowledge of middle‑market M&A, valuation, and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to win mandates and deliver practical recommendations.
• Strong communication and relationship management with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated integrity, ethics, and accountability in client work.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and revenue growth with private equity sponsors and corporate clients.
• Originate and convert opportunities, secure fee‑paying engagements, and build a healthy pipeline.
• Lead vertical market strategy and translate market insights into actionable advice.
• Oversee M&A and financing mandates from pitch to close, coordinating multi‑team efforts.
• Mentor and develop senior team members while maintaining governance and standards.
