Description

We are seeking a NetSuite Managed Services Director who will be a visionary leader responsible for driving the growth and success of our managed services practice. You will oversee the delivery of comprehensive NetSuite solutions to clients, leading a high-performing team of consultants, and forging strong client relationships. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and exceeding expectations while establishing our managed services as a market leader.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement long-term strategies for the managed services practice, aligning with the overall business goals.
2. Lead and manage a team of NetSuite consultants, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
3. Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
4. Oversee the entire lifecycle of client engagements, ensuring the successful delivery of managed services.
5. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the managed services business.
6. Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability of managed services engagements.
7. Establish clear performance metrics and hold the team accountable for achieving results.
8. Develop and implement a streamlined onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for new clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on ERP solutions, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• 5+ years of experience in managing teams and delivering managed services, with a proven track record of success.
• Ability to articulate a compelling vision for the future of managed services, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of NetSuite consultants, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients.
• A deep understanding of business processes and how NetSuite can be leveraged to drive efficiency and growth.
• A solid understanding of NetSuite's core functionalities and industry-specific modules.
