Fitch Ratings in New York seeks a Managing Director for Leveraged Finance coverage focused on Private Equity relationships. You will work within the Corporates BRM team to build senior PE ties and drive new ratings mandates, collaborating with BRM colleagues across major US regions and EMEA.

The role emphasizes strategic client development, rigorous analysis, and the creation of compelling pitch books to win mandates. Travel to meet clients is expected as required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in Leveraged Finance at an Investment Bank.
• Preference for candidates with a current network of PE relationships.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance relationships with senior PE professionals to generate new ratings mandates and revenue opportunities.
• Liaise with BRM colleagues in New York, Chicago, and the West Coast, and with EMEA groups to coordinate firm messaging and target lists.
• Develop research, prepare and present arguments to external parties highlighting Fitch’s differentiators.
• Create, coordinate, and implement outreach plans and marketing content for meetings.
