Job summary

Fitch Ratings in New York is seeking an Associate Director to join the Business Relationship Management (BRM) team focused on Investor Coverage for CLOs and high yield investors. You will help develop and enhance relationships with strategic accounts to support ratings mandates and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience in leveraged finance, CLOs, high yield syndicate, loan sales or capital markets.
Understanding of CLOs and ability to build external relationships.
Strong communication and client-facing abilities; capable of working independently or collaboratively.
Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Develop pitch books, marketing materials, and case studies tailored to specific firms or opportunities.
Attend client meetings and pitches alongside senior team members.
Run pipeline and market share reports to support insights and business development.
Coordinate outreach plans across regional and product teams and align firm messaging.
Maintain institutional knowledge of target accounts and relationships.
