This leadership role offers the autonomy to scale a personal practice within a firm with deep history, ongoing training, and strong brand support. You will set strategic direction and empower advisors to achieve superior results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available).
• Leadership with mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
