Job summary

Crossmedia is seeking a Senior Investment Leader to join the Investment Leadership Team in the US. This executive role shapes investment strategy, strengthens marketplace relationships, and leads high‑performing teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

The role combines hands‑on channel expertise with an executive presence, managing investments across Video/CTV, Local TV/Audio, OOH/Print, Display, Native, Social, Search, and Programmatic for multiple client accounts.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in media investment or integrated media leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set the overall strategic investment roadmap across all channels.
• Lead cross‑channel investment points of view (POVs) for the marketplace and client guidance.
• Own the agenda, timeline, and delivery of all client media activation and multi‑client book of business.
• Lead RFPs end‑to‑end: ideation, issuance, vendor assessment, and negotiation.
• Mentor, develop, and grow investment talent and establish scalable processes.
