Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in public accounting or related finance field.
• Prior financial due diligence experience leading engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
• Provide senior technical oversight on U.S. GAAP and deal structures.
• Originate new business and expand client relationships.
