Job summary

CFGI’s Transaction Advisory Services practice seeks a Managing Director to lead and expand its Financial Due Diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients. You will own senior client relationships and oversee complex buy-side and sell-side analyses, risk considerations, and deal execution.

In this role you will shape engagement strategy, manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure technical quality, and originate new business while mentoring Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in public accounting, transaction advisory, consulting, corporate finance, accounting, or related finance.
• Prior financial due diligence experience leading engagements and evaluating transaction-related financial matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as executive engagement leader for complex buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for PE firms, strategic buyers, lenders, and corporate clients.
• Advise leadership on transaction-related financial risks, valuation considerations, quality of earnings, working capital, debt items, cash flow, and deal execution.
