Job summary

CFGI is seeking a Managing Director to lead and expand our Financial Due Diligence practice within Transaction Advisory Services. You will own strategic client relationships, oversee complex engagements, and guide senior professionals while shaping CFGI’s market position.

You will mentor Directors, Senior Managers, and Consultants, drive deal execution, and coordinate closely with CFOs, PE sponsors, and corporate clients across U.S. GAAP and deal structures.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in public accounting, transaction advisory, consulting, corporate finance, or related finance environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as executive engagement leader for complex buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements.
• Advise on transaction-related financial risks, valuation considerations, and deal execution.
• Lead multidisciplinary engagement teams and originate new business.
