Role Overview:

This Managing Director role involves managing client assignments, business development, and networking activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Attract and secure new business opportunities in expert witness and strategic consulting.
2. Contribute to the growth of the Electrical Engineering practice by recruiting talented staff.
3. Mentor and develop Electrical Engineering staff.
4. Oversee project management and budgets.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in business development and existing client relationships.
• Professional degrees and approximately 10 years of experience in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science & Engineering:
• PhD or MS degree.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience testifying in depositions, trials, arbitration, or hearings.
• Strong report writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent listening, verbal, written, technical, and presentation skills.
• Leadership desire and ability to support a growing practice.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
