Job summary

Qualifications

• Relativity Certified Administrator and related certifications preferred.

Job description

Innovative Driven, a well-established ALSP, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to lead a team of Client Services professionals. The Managing Director must display technical expertise, be highly consultative, understand workflows and aim for continual process improvement, all while ensuring that our service and product delivery are world class.

The role will be mostly remote, with two days a month required onsite in our Wilmington, DE office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a diverse team of individuals, with a focus on development, mentoring, coaching, and motivation.
• Allocate resources and monitor team- and department-based KPIs.
• Work effectively with, share knowledge with, and positively influence all teams within the organization.
• Consult and provide technical expertise to internal and external stakeholders regarding best practices and workflows.
• Ensure best practices, SOPs, and quality standards are being adhered to.
• Assist the Sales team by managing client relationships and budgets effectively and transparently
• Lead project kick-off calls, create and execute successful workflows, and ensure deadlines are properly set and expectations are effectively managed.
• Serve as a point of escalation and understand when to elevate further.
• Identify areas for process improvement and solution implementation.
• Ensure consistency in following client communication protocols and providing proactive service.
• Be accountable for the individual and collective actions of the team.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 10 years of experience in a client services-oriented role, preferably within the eDiscovery or technology industry.
• Minimum five years of experience in an eDiscovery management role.
• Minimum five years of extensive hands-on daily work in Relativity, including processing and technology-assisted review technologies. Preference for candidates with a Relativity Certified Administrator and other relevant certifications.
• Technically proficient with extensive RelativityOne experience.
• General understanding of generative ai principles and application within the ALSP space.
• Knowledge of the EDRM, from collections through production; knowledge of Information Governance is a plus.
