Job summary

Addicus Consulting Group seeks a Managing Director who will own client relationships, set strategic course for engagements, and drive growth. The MD acts as the face of the firm with P&L responsibility across a book of high/UHNW clients, traveling to meet them and ensure outcomes.

This role builds a team of Relationship Managers, delivers high-quality work on time, and expands ongoing engagements into long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in tax, accounting, finance, or law serving high/UHNW clients
• Proven success owning senior client relationships and driving revenue
• Deep command of tax and financial strategy with complex guidance
• Executive presence and ability to close and expand work
• Willingness to travel regularly
• Leadership experience building teams

Responsibilities

• Own each client relationship end-to-end and be the client’s trusted advisor
• Travel to meet clients in person and grow engagements
• Set strategic course and manage timelines and deliverables
• Own issues and drive resolutions with clients
• Develop and mentor Relationship Managers to scale the model
