The ideal candidate has 5+ years in investment banking or capital markets, FINRA registrations, and a track record in executing complex financings. Travel 50%+ is expected; base salary starts at $200,000+.

Qualifications

• BA/BA degree required and FINRA registrations listed.
• MBA highly desirable; five years in Investment Banking/Capital Markets.
• Director level experience or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive activities and strategies for sell-side and buy-side engagements.
• Develop, market and deliver complex capital market solutions.
• Lead deal teams in financing transactions and negotiations.
• Prepare documentation and materials for transactions.
• Support new business development and client pitches.
• Mentor junior team members and promote teamwork.
