Job summary

National Equity Fund, Inc. in the United States seeks a Managing Director, Asset Resolution and Dispositions to lead the strategy for troubled partnerships, mitigate portfolio risks, and execute investment exits.

You will direct a team, coordinate with asset management, investors, and lenders, oversee workout and disposition activities, and ensure compliance with LIHTC/Section 42 requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate or related discipline.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience, including 3 years direct workout experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment and resolution of at-risk assets by evaluating financial performance and developing strategies.
• Direct workouts and disposition activities, coordinating with VP/Director teams and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and present workout requests for board or committee approval and negotiate with partners, lenders and other parties.
