Responsibilities

• Develop actionable business strategies and plans aligned with short- and long-term objectives.
• Partner with the Leader on sales management to achieve growth targets.
• Oversee sales, marketing and business development approaches including pipeline management.
• Analyze internal operations and identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to address related issues and ensure execution.
• Monitor performance with tracking systems; implement corrective measures as needed.
