Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Senior level experience leading multi-disciplinary teams through day-to-day operations, as well as complex independent projects.
• Understanding of FTI Consulting business functions (HR, Finance, marketing, etc.).
• International business experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Leadership skills with integrity.
• Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues.
• Strong data analysis and performance metrics.
• Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop actionable business strategies and plans aligned with short- and long-term objectives.
• Partner with Leader on sales management to achieve growth targets.
• Oversee sales, marketing and BD approach, including pipeline management and sales efforts.
• Analyze internal operations and identify process improvements.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance for related actions.
• Monitor performance with tracking and forecasting, and prepare reports.
