About the Role

We are seeking a Managing Consultant to join our Life Sciences team, supporting pharmaceutical and biotech companies with commercial insights, strategy, data, and business analytics. This role involves collaborating closely with our Data, Advanced Analytics, and Technology Transformation teams to enhance our data service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate client business questions into comprehensive analytics plans and provide actionable insights.
• Communicate data insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Utilize various datasets, including claims, EMR, and other real-world evidence, from multiple vendors.
• Lead discussions to understand project requirements and develop tailored analytical solutions.
• Serve as a bridge between data scientists and clients to shape data-driven engagements.
• Work with strategy and data science teams on projects like market sizing, patient journey, provider profiling, and forecasting.
• Support the development of new solutions and services.
• Develop presentations and reports, managing multiple client engagements independently.
• Manage project modules, mentor team members, and present to senior clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in Life Sciences, management consulting, or data vendor experience.
• Strong analytical skills with tools like Excel, Access, SQL, R, Python, PowerBI, Tableau.
• Experience with drug forecasting, real-world evidence datasets, and data visualization.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% within the US.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Additional Preferences

• Advanced degree such as MBA or in a quantitative discipline.
• Experience with NPV modeling, large claims data, and software tools.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $135,000 - $225,000, dependent on experience and skills. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and more.
