PA Consulting Group is seeking a Managing Consultant to grow and deliver Digital Trust and Cyber Security work in the United States, with emphasis on Utilities or Transport sectors. You will translate cyber risks into practical actions and guide PQC-readiness work, leveraging PA's broad security expertise and Jacobs collaboration.

The role blends market development, client engagement, and team leadership, aligned to PA's Digital & Data stream and broader growth agenda.

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience in Energy, Utilities or Transport.
• Strong grounding in cyber security, technology risk, resilience or security architecture.
• Relevant cyber security qualifications (OT/ICS, CTI, CISA, GIAC).
• Experience engaging senior client or business stakeholders and translating complex issues into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders in US Utilities and/or Transport sectors.
• Shape client opportunities from qualification through proposal to delivery.
• Lead PQC-readiness work and security-architecture guidance.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams across PA and Jacobs for client engagements.
• Provide senior oversight to ensure delivery quality and client outcomes.
• Develop colleagues and grow US capability around critical-infrastructure cyber security and PQC.
