Qualifications

• Significant professional experience in Energy, Utilities or Transport, gained in consulting, industry or a combination of the two, with familiarity of relevant industry frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK TTPs, NIST CSF, CIS Controls).
• Strong grounding in cyber security, technology risk, operational resilience, security architecture or a closely related field
• Experience engaging senior client or business stakeholders and turning complex issues into clear decisions and practical action.
• Leadership experience in managing client engagements, workstreams or multidisciplinary teams.
• Commercial judgement to qualify opportunities and shape solutions for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders in US Utilities and/or Transport organisations.
• Provide practical sector insight to conversations about cyber security, resilience, critical infrastructure and technology risk.
• Identify and shape client opportunities, moving from qualification through proposal to delivery.
• Contribute to growth of PA’s US Digital Trust & Cyber Security business and collaboration with Jacobs.
• Lead PQC-readiness work, including roadmaps, readiness assessments and prioritisation.
• Apply security-architecture thinking to cryptographic assets, trust relationships and dependencies.
• Provide senior oversight to ensure client outcomes, quality and actionable recommendations.
• Lead consulting teams and define roles for specialists, delivery and junior colleagues.
