For our client, we are seeking a Managing Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will focus on client service, project execution, and relationship management within employee benefits consulting.

You will partner closely with clients, internal teams, and vendors to deliver high-quality support, manage complex workstreams, and contribute to long-term strategic planning.

The position requires a strong blend of analytical ability, communication skills, and benefits expertise to help drive retention and business results.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $175,000 - $250,000 annually
