Position Overview

The Managing Broker supports the Designated Managing Broker in managing brokerage operations within their state. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with state laws, REALTOR membership, MLS participation, transaction review, and risk management. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a supervising broker, understands state-level brokerage operations, and excels in system implementation and people management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support brokerage support to agents in client representation.
2. Conduct training on contracts, risk management, licensing, and law.
3. Respond promptly to agent requests.
4. Assist in complex transaction problem-solving.
5. Review contracts for legal and contractual compliance.
6. Support the eXp Risk Management Program and tools.
7. Enhance and ensure compliance with brokerage operations manuals.
8. Innovate to support the growing agent base efficiently.
9. Coordinate mail distribution.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
