The role

You will lead the Minneapolis office, handling personal injury matters and managing the local team. Backgrounds in civil litigation, public defense or malpractice work are also considered alongside personal injury. The firm funds the advertising and there is no buy in, so you can focus on results and leadership. How you treat staff matters a great deal here.
