Bush & Bush Law Group in Dallas, TX seeks a Supervising Litigation Attorney to lead our Dallas office, mentor a high-performing team, and guide complex personal injury cases from intake to verdict. You will oversee litigation teams, develop strategies, and collaborate with operations to maintain a cohesive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of personal injury litigation experience (20+ preferred).
• Board Certified in Personal Injury Law with 10+ jury trials to verdict.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience with attorneys and paralegals.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Commitment to excellence, ethical practice, and client-focused advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee litigation teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction to attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Ensure efficient collaboration and timely completion of tasks across your team.
• Review and ensure all pleadings, motions, and legal documents meet firm quality and compliance standards.
• Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback.
• Promote continuous improvement and resolve staff concerns with the Operations Manager.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, and appeals.
• Conduct legal research, prepare motions, memoranda, and briefs.
• Advise on complex litigation matters and develop case strategies.
• Attend and actively participate in settlement negotiations.
• Manage and prioritize a large caseload to meet deadlines.

Location: Dallas, TX - In-Office Role

Compensation: $140,000 to $180,000 base, depending on experience, trial success, and leadership record.
