Job summary

Bush & Bush Law Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a Supervising Litigation Attorney to lead our personal injury team, oversee strategy, and mentor attorneys and paralegals.

You will manage a demanding caseload, represent clients in hearings and trials, coordinate with operations, and foster a collaborative, high-performing office culture. Competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits accompany this leadership role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of personal injury litigation experience (20+ preferred).
• Board Certified in Personal Injury Law with 10+ jury trials to verdict.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience with attorneys and paralegals.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Commitment to excellence, ethical practice, and client-focused advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee litigation teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction to attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Ensure efficient collaboration and timely completion of tasks across your team.
• Review and ensure all pleadings, motions, and legal documents meet firm quality and compliance standards.
• Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and promote continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to resolve staff concerns and maintain a cohesive work environment.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, and appeals.
• Conduct legal research, prepare motions, memoranda, and briefs, and advise on complex litigation matters.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective case strategies.
• Attend and actively participate in settlement negotiations.
• Manage and prioritize a caseload efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Location:

Compensation:

$140,000 to $180,000 base, depending on experience, trial success, and leadership record.
