Perdomo Dorsett Immigration Law in Dallas, TX is seeking a dynamic Managing Attorney to lead our immigration practice. You will guide a high-performing team across EOIR, USCIS, ICE, and consular matters, shaping strategy and elevating legal excellence for clients navigating complex journeys.

You will mentor attorneys, supervise case evaluations, and drive consistent results while improving workflows. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced firm that values client experience and

Qualifications

• Active Bar membership in good standing.
• 10+ years of U.S. immigration law experience.
• Strong background in EOIR, USCIS, ICE & consular cases.
• Proven leadership managing attorneys and legal teams.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience with legal tech (Docketwise a plus!).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EOIR matters and guide attorneys across departments.
• Manage USCIS filings (paper & online) and ICE cases (stays, waivers, enforcement).
• Lead client consultations & case evaluations; supervise NVC & Consular processing.
• Mentor and empower attorneys; hire and onboard top talent.
• Drive consistency in legal strategy and case outcomes; improve workflows.
• Ensure top-tier quality across filings, strategy, and execution.
• Coach, train, and support attorney development; collaborate with admin and paralegal teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and case progress; optimize systems and tools.
• Maintain high standards of client communication and service; handle escalations.

You’ll oversee and guide attorneys working across:

• EOIR (Immigration Court) matters
