TransUnion is seeking managers for the Chicago, IL location to lead end-to-end software product deliveries for clients, from scoping to implementation and post-production support. You will analyze business requirements, manage software teams, and guide career development while aligning Delivery with Customer Engagement strategies.

Managers for Chicago, IL location. Support end-to-end software product deliveries for new and existing clients, from initial scoping and quoting through implementation and post-production support. Analyze and document business requirements for software products. Manage software teams on daily workloads, change management, issue resolution, and career development. Provide consultation on Delivery business solutions and technical capabilities of software. Partner with department leadership to translate Customer Engagement business strategy into improvement plans. Support Delivery integration activities for Customer Engagement groups and act as lead partner for thoroughness and integration efforts. Manage cross-functional execution and oversight of new major software projects that would impact the Delivery organization, in collaboration with Solution Consulting, Product, Sales, Global Technology, and Marketing teams. Technical environment: Ab-Initio, ETL tools including Transform, Partition, Departition, Dataset; EME, EB2, Unix/Linux, scripting (Unix, Korn, Bourne) for new tables, views, queries; Control M; Autosys, Oracle and DB2 SQL Databases, MS Access, SQL Server Queries, FTP, SFTP, Connect Direct; sales management tools (salesforce); Buildforge, Data Gateway, REST API; Intelligent Automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Machine Learning (ML); batch and online delivery (analysis, account acquisitions and account management); Agile.).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or any Engineering field, or a related field plus 6 years of progressive experience as a Consultant or Analyst or in software development or data analysis or business intelligence required. Required Skills: Strong Customer focus experience and skills; experience with sales management tools (salesforce); experience in successful project execution & producing tangible results; leading Intelligent Automation Initiative (Intelligent Automation), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Machine Learning (ML), and setting up end-to-end Operations model for delivery of software products; expertise in batch and online delivery (analysis, account acquisitions and account management); software analysis/development experience working on multiple projects (8-10) simultaneously, and with ETL tools (Ab-Initio) including Transform, Partition, Departition, Dataset; writing scripts to create new tables, views, queries; Unix/Linux, scripting (Unix, Korn, Bourne), Control M; Buildforge, Data Gateway, Autosys; DB2/Oracle databases, SQL Server Queries; DB2 SQL; REST API; Agile. The U.S. base salary range for this position is $142,287/yr-$147,321/yr + benefits (www.transunion.com/about-us/careers/life-at-tuannually. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may also be eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
