Valencia College in Orlando seeks a Manager, Workforce Education to oversee credit and non-credit workforce, career, and continuing education programs. You will coordinate program reviews, data validation, and compliance with state and accreditation standards while guiding strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in career and workforce education, strong analytical and leadership skills, and experience partnering with industry and educational stakeholders to align

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
Two years of related experience.
Knowledge of career and workforce education.
Ability to analyze and interpret program performance data and labor market information.

Responsibilities

Supports Workforce Education leadership and institutional partners in planning and implementing annual academic program reviews with data dashboards.
Collaborates with Analytics and Reporting to validate workforce program data for reporting and public information.
Supports preparation and submission of Baccalaureate Accountability Reports to the Florida Department of Education.
