Job summary

CVS Health seeks a strategic, data-driven Manager, Business Analysis, Workforce Initiatives, Data & Analytics to lead analytics initiatives that support workforce planning, talent pipelines, and program effectiveness.

This role will own the Workforce Initiatives data ecosystem, drive data quality and scalable reporting across platforms, and partner with HR, IT, and operations to influence business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data science, information systems, statistics, economics, finance, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Workforce Analytics, BI, Data Strategy, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise data initiatives, BI projects, and reporting transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce analytics strategies and BI to support programs and enterprise objectives.
• Own data ecosystem for workforce reporting; manage integrity and integrations across Workday, ATS, LearningHub, and related systems.
• Develop predictive analytics, forecasting models, and longitudinal analyses for workforce planning.
• Design and maintain enterprise dashboards and standardized reporting for performance visibility.
• Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort and enable scalable analytics.
• Partner with leaders and teams to deliver measurable business value and coach teams.
