The Principal Analyst, HRIS serves as a subject matter expert for HR systems, providing high-level project leadership and consultative guidance across the company and HR functions. Key responsibilities include supporting recruiting and talent management, maintaining HR data confidentiality, developing auditing activities for data accuracy and compliance, optimizing system workflows, and collaborating across departments to improve processes. The role also involves investigating issues, documenting project details, advising on system upgrades and new features, and developing HRIS skills within the team.
Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or related field, SQL knowledge, and experience with testing and project management tools like JIRA and HP ALM.
