  • Staying current on FAA priorities, industry trends, competitors, legacy systems, emerging technologies, and product‑line developments.
  • Bringing strong technology acumen, especially around software systems, to identify opportunities and communicate solution value to technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Identifying and supporting strategic partnering agreements that strengthen proposals and increase win probability.
  • Coordinating RFI/RFP activities, including proposal inputs, pricing support, contract coordination, and negotiation support.
  • Working closely with engineering, product, delivery, and service teams to respond to customer requirements and adapt solutions for the US federal and FAA market.
  • Supporting the development of future staffing and team needs to deliver and support innovative federal aviation solutions.
  • Operating in alignment with ADB SAFEGATE's core values: Driven by Customers, Set the Bar High, Own It, Win Together, and Inspire Talent.

  • In‑depth knowledge of the air traffic control, airport, aviation, or federal transportation industry.
  • Understanding of FAA structure, priorities, decision‑making processes, acquisition cycles, and stakeholder landscape.
  • Existing relationships or prior engagement with FAA, ATO, prime contractors, systems integrators, and aviation technology partners.
  • Strong technical understanding related to software systems, aviation systems, airport operations, air traffic control, infrastructure, automation, communications, or cybersecurity.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify, develop, and nurture federal program opportunities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, proposal coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams, including technical, service, engineering, delivery, and customer‑facing experts.
  • US citizenship required to access information and meet program requirements.
