Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events in the US (town halls and celebrations).
  • Create new event concepts aligned with communications objectives and priorities.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, venues, and agency partners.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including Run of Show and technical setup.
  • Support executives and speakers with briefings and materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive content and brand alignment.
  • Oversee on-site execution and attendee experience.
  • Measure outcomes, gather feedback, and drive improvements.

Job description

Your contribution
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events in the US (town halls, annual celebrations, and high-profile internal/external events).
  • Create new event concepts and formats aligned with strategic communications objectives and corporate priorities.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, venues, and agency partners for seamless, cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including technical set-up and Run of Show.
  • Help brief and support executives, speakers, and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Medical Affairs, Commercial, HR, IT, R&D) for cohesive content and consistent brand alignment.
  • Oversee on-site execution to ensure a positive attendee experience.
  • Maintain calm under pressure and resolve issues quickly.
  • Measure event outcomes, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Technical/business proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Willingness to travel up to 6 times per year.
Preferred
  • Pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare experience; proficiency in German.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite; Veeva Events; SpotMe/Omoni (advantage).
