Currently seeking an experienced Underwriting Manager who will be responsible for acquiring and retaining profitable property, casualty, and workers compensation accounts through sound underwriting principles reflective of company policy, overseeing a team of underwriters and associate underwriters who promote sales of various P&C products through the independent agency system.This position will be hybrid in our Glen Allen, VA office or opportunity for remote within our territory.

The salary range for this position is $128,396-$197,729 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
