Porsche Consulting is expanding its North American maritime practice, seeking a Manager focused on cruise, cargo, and shipbuilding engagements. You will lead high-stakes client work, shape strategy-to-implementation programs, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior industry leaders.
The role emphasizes entrepreneurial growth, cross-functional collaboration across global ADT clusters, and the ability to win new work while delivering measurable results for marquee clients in North America.
At Porsche Consulting, strategy doesn't end on a slide — it begins there. We are the management consultancy of the Porsche brand, and we bring the same engineering precision, design ambition, and performance mindset to our clients that defines the cars in Zuffenhausen.
Our promise is simple: Strategic Vision. Smart Implementation.
We are a global firm with over 900 consultants across Europe, the Americas, and Asia — yet in North America, we are still in build-mode. That means real whitespace, real ownership, and the rare chance to help shape a practice rather than inherit one. Our consultants don't hand off implementation to someone else; we stay on the ground with our clients until the results are measurable, visible, and lasting.
What sets us apart is not only the Porsche brand — it's the freedom to move fast, the mandate to think boldly, and the culture to execute relentlessly. We hire people who are done waiting their turn and ready to build something that carries their signature.
The way people and goods move across the water is being reinvented. Cruise lines are scaling record fleets while redefining the guest experience and their operating economics. Cargo and container carriers are redesigning global networks amid decarbonization mandates, geopolitical volatility, and shifting trade flows. And shipyards are under unprecedented pressure to lift productivity, industrialize increasingly complex newbuild programs, and deliver on time and on budget.
At Porsche Consulting, we look at maritime the way our engineers look at a powertrain: as a system. We advise shipowners, operators, and shipyards on the challenges that actually move the P&L — fleet productivity, drydock and newbuild performance, network and commercial optimization, procurement, maintenance operations, digital transformation, and the operating models that make change stick.
Our North American ADT practice already serves marquee clients in cruise and transportation — but our ambition is significantly larger than our current footprint. We are looking for a Manager who sees that gap not as a challenge, but as one of the most exciting entrepreneurial opportunities in consulting today: to help build the go‑to advisory franchise for maritime operators and shipbuilders in North America — with the full backing of our global ADT cluster and the Porsche brand behind you.
Your Mission — This is not a role for delivering someone else's roadmap. It's a role for building.
As Manager – Maritime, you will be a driving force behind one of the most strategic growth fields in our North American practice. You will lead high‑stakes client engagements across cruise, cargo, and shipbuilding, become a trusted adviser to senior industry leaders, and play a central role in growing Porsche Consulting's maritime franchise across North America — with entrepreneurial freedom and the full backing of our global ADT cluster.
We are looking for exceptional problem solvers and business builders who combine strategic depth with a genuine passion for how ships, fleets, and yards actually run.
