Job summary

NorthPoint Search Group is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services Senior Associate / Manager for a remote-first role with optional offices in Tampa and other U.S. cities.

You will lead and support buy-side and sell-side due diligence, delivering clear financial insights to clients and leadership. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred), 3–7+ years in TAS or public accounting, GAAP knowledge, and strong Excel/financial modeling skills, paired with
