You will oversee instructors, optimize training operations, and align learning experiences with business goals while partnering with sales to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a leadership role managing technical instructors.
• 3+ years of experience delivering technical training courses.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and virtual training platforms.
• Experience managing training budgets and resource allocation.
• Ability to analyze and report on training effectiveness and performance metrics.
• Expertise in SIEM, SOAR, Cloud, or AI technologies.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Training Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead the planning and delivery of technical training programs that support customers and internal stakeholders across a fast-paced technology environment. You will oversee a team of instructors, strengthen training operations, and help ensure learning experiences are effective, scalable, and aligned with business needs. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, to scope offerings and deliver measurable training outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $160,000 annually
