You will gain hands-on experience across sales, store operations, inventory management, and customer service, with a clear path to promotion to management based on performance.

No prior experience is required; bring dedication and a willingness to learn. The program includes classroom and on-the-job training, with opportunities to advance and increase pay

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Availability: Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included).

Responsibilities

• Payroll, Invoicing, Inventory and POS Systems.
• Microsoft Office Suite (previous experience preferred).
• Interpreting and analyzing common financial reports.
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists.
• Responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
