Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or an Associate degree with 2 years of parking management experience or a high school diploma with 4 years of parking management experience.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance at the regional office and cover for the office manager during absences.
• Direct incoming calls and assist customers with account inquiries; help new customers sign up.
• Assist with timesheets, posting job ads, onboarding new hires and compliance items under leadership guidance.
• Audit revenue documents, compile daily revenue summaries for locations, and submit reports to the regional office.

Job Posting: Manager TraineeParking Concepts, Inc. (PCI) is seeking a driven and reliable Manager Trainee for our growing San Francisco Bay Area operations. This is a hands-on operational and administrative role.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance at the regional office as needed, including covering for the office manager during absences. Direct incoming calls to the appropriate PCI manager, assist existing customers with account inquiries, and help new customers sign up. Support personnel processes—such as reviewing timesheets, posting job ads, onboarding new hires and following up on required company and other compliance items—with guidance from the leadership team.Operational Flexibility: Provide backup coverage for location managers during time off and respond to after-hours or weekend emergency calls when necessary.Facility & Staff Management: Assist in the daily operations of various parking facilities as needed. Efficiently manage staffing, create and post bi-weekly schedules to cover scheduled and unscheduled absences, and ensure staff maintain high standards of professionalism and safety compliance. Conduct performance reviews and handle disciplinary actions as needed.Financial & Revenue Control: Audit all revenue documents, compile daily revenue summaries for various locations, and submit reports to the San Francisco regional office. Ensure revenue and access control equipment are properly maintained for optimal performance.
