84 Lumber is hiring a Manager Trainee in the United States to begin a hands-on path toward store management. This full-time role focuses on sales, customer service, and daily store operations, with the potential for promotion through the leadership track.

The program includes training across all areas: sales, inventory, budgeting, and scheduling, with relocation options as you advance. No prior experience is required to start.

Qualifications

• Six-figure training program with hands-on store operations exposure.
• No prior experience required for entry
• Strong interest in leadership development and retail management

Responsibilities

• Support customers and drive sales in a retail store environment.
• Oversee material flow, stock, and merchandising.
• Create material lists and estimates from blueprints and project plans.
• Operate and maintain forklift safely (certification provided).
• Assist payroll, invoicing, inventory and POS systems.
• Analyze financial reports and manage basic store operations.
