84 Lumber is hiring for a Manager Trainee position in a full-time store environment. You will receive hands-on training across store operations, sales, and administration with opportunities for advancement to management roles based on performance and availability.

The program emphasizes learning in customer service, inventory, estimation, and business management. Relocation for management positions may be required and basic forklift certification is taught during training.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Availability: Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included).
• Entry-level training with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Payroll, Invoicing, Inventory and POS Systems.
• Microsoft Office Suite usage for reporting and communications.
• Interpreting and analyzing financial reports.
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists.
• Responding to customer inquiries or complaints.
