Essential Functions include:

• Producing annual budgets and achieving budgeted goals
• Overseeing and following budget goals
• Working with sales and inventory managers to identify product orders
• Ensuring timely processing of all orders
• Overseeing nursery marketing in collaboration with sales and marketing departments, focusing on promotions, communication, customer appreciation, and events
• Assisting with purchasing wholesale materials and determining inventory needs based on budgets
• Tracking inventory and resolving discrepancies with the warehouse manager
• Developing and improving pesticide programs and education, including chemical management and MSDS maintenance
• Hiring, training, and supervising employees, managing work schedules, and handling payroll duties
• Maintaining safety awareness, implementing safety training, and enforcing policies
• Communicating organizational policies and accommodating employees with light duty restrictions
• Providing customer care and product advice, ensuring excellent customer service
• Assisting with general manager meetings as needed

Qualifications and skills include:
